Story of Lord Bacon's life [manuscript], 1862.

The manuscript of a book published in 1862 (London, John Murray). It consists in part of sheets of Dixon's Personal history of Lord Bacon, 1861, the text altered. Also includes two autograph signed letters from illegible correspondents to "Sir." One letter dated May 21, 1862, on mourning paper, the other from George St., dated June 20 or 26, 1862.
