A record of the decisions taken by the Junta Superior de Real Hacienda, January 3-December 19, 1794, on matters relating to royal revenue and expenditures in various parts of New Spain. The approximately weekly reports on these decisions include the text of relevant background documents. Each report is signed and certified by Félix Sandoval, operating under the direction of the Conde del Valle [de Orizaba], with the exception of the records for June 14-July 2, which bear the signature of Lic. Miguel Domínguez as certifier.

Ezekial Thatcher was clerk of the Parkville School District, Shasta County, Calif. He emigrated to California from Pennsylvania in 1850 and helped establish the first school district in the Parkville area. He is descended from the Thatchers of Uffington, England, the same family as Denis Thatcher, husband of British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher. From the description of H.H.
