Rancher and conservationist. Born 1892 in Galveston, Tex. Spent his first eight years living at the Las Moras Ranch in Menard County, Tex. Served as a second Lieutenant in the 65th Field Artillery during World War I. Owner ranches in Menard and Schleicher Counties, Tex. Interested in water and soil conservation.
