Mark Twain letter to Bret Harte, 1875 July13.

Twain requests Harte's autograph for Charles E. Tisdall, the chancellor of Christ Church Cathedral, whom he describes as a "mighty good fellow--for a Christian." Twain also asks if he can publish n England without impairing his American copyright, mentions finishing a book (The adventures of Tom Sawyer) and another "going through the press" (Mark Twain's sketches, old and new).
