Handwritten letter to Fred Rogers at Rollins College for his 21st birthday from a Latrobe High School teacher, James R. Beatty. Beatty was the advisor for the student council when Fred was president (1945-1946). Beatty assures Fred that he is a wonderful young man who is sure to succeed in anything that he tries.
