I (1621), concerning 'Agt. to the King's Prerogative where a Bishop with commendams dyes'; and (3) report of Bret v. Johnson, in the Exchequer, Mich. 3 to Mich. 6 Jac. I (1605-1607), concerning 'a surrender of a patent, and the taking of a new one' for pirates' goods.
