Quitclaim by James Dragoner and Robert Dragoner of the parish of Cranebroke (Kent) to Thomas Dragoner their brother of all their right in 3 pieces of land called "Humfreyesland," "Humfreyescroft," and "Coble" containing 14 acres in Cranebroke upon the denne of Corshorne, bounded on the east by the King's Highway leading from Cranebroke to Benynden, on the west and south by the lands of William Sadeler, on the north by the lands of John Conyer. Also quitclaim by the same to the same of all sums of money due to them after the death of Richard Dragoner their brother. Given at Cranebroke on Christman Day, 32 Henry VI.
