Scrapbook of clippings regarding G.A.R. encampments, especially in South Dakota. The bulk of the clippings pertain to Spencer MacCrone, A.K. Curts' child nephew, who was known as the "Little General" and adopted as an honorary member of the Grand Army of South Dakota. There are a couple letters addressed to Curts.
