Oral histories cover business, family, and personal history. Interviewees reflect on their experience in corporate, entrepreneurial, non-profit business, and volunteer activity; explore the impact of world events (the Depression and World War II); remark on social change (civil rights and affirmative action); and describe the obstacles and discrimination encountered in their careers. They also include memories of their experience at Radcliffe and Harvard Business School. Of the 65 interviews, 19 have been transcribed. Also included are project files; newsletters of the HRPBA, 1958-1997; conference and panel files, 1957-1997, etc.

Initiated by Barbara Rimbach and sponsored by Radcliffe College Archives, the Harvard-Radcliffe Program in Business Administration Oral History Project includes interviews with sixty-five women who graduated from the program between 1942 and 1963.
