Americans for Reappraisal of Far Eastern Policy (ARFEP) was organized by William Sloan Coffin, Jr., chaplain at Yale University, in the summer of 1965. An undergraduate organization sponsoring discussion of United States-China relations, ARFEP had chapters on campuses across the country.
