Harvard [football poster, ca. 1902].

Harvard football poster in black and red ink on paper (formerly white, probably brown due to acidification). Poster uses a number of classical elments; it depicts a woman in a toga holding aloft a laurel wreath in one hand and supporting a "Veritas" shield in the other. Names of Harvard football team members appear on depictions of banners wound around columns on either side of the figure. Footballs at her feet give game scores. At the bottom of the poster is the word "Harvard" in an art-nouveau style of lettering.
