The book has a vellum cover, with a metal clasp. The watermark of the paper is 1807. It contains various writings by Antill, including: 1. A short description of the Island of Saint Helena. 2. A dialogue between a hermit and a man of the world. 3. À parody on Hamlet soliloque' (sic.). 4. Anecdotes, poems and verses. 5. A poem entitled M̀en with respect to women', Sydney, 1810 June 6.
