Records kept by various Secretaries-General and Presidents-General of the General Conference of the Methodist Church of Australasia and minutes and proceedings of the triennial conferences. The correspondence files date from 1963 to June 1977 and have mainly been arranged by subjects such as World Council of Churches, Standing Committees, overseas aid and annual conferences. There is also a group of papers relating to the General Conference Citizenship Committee (1970-1977) and financial records of the triennial General Conferences and Special General date from 1929 to 1977.
