Robert Burns (25 January 1759 – 21 July 1796) was a Scottish poet and lyricist. Phillips, Linda, 1899-2002

Linda Phillips studied piano at the University of Melnourne with Edward Goll and composition at the Albert Street Conservatorium with Fritz Hart. As a composer she has written chiefly chamber music and songs, a number of which have been published and recorded. From 1950 to 1977 she was music critic for the Sun-News Pictorial in Melbourne.
