Stephen Williams papers [manuscript] 1706-1782.

Collection of documents relating to Rev. Stephen Williams of Springfield, Mass. Williams is the son of the Rev. John Williams of Deerfield and was himself a captive in the Deerfield raid of 1704. Includes a notebook kept by him as a child with notes on sermons and discourses given by Cotton Mather, William Woodbridge, William Williams, Nehemiah Walther, Solomon Stoddard and his father; a transcription of his will; a letter from his son Nathan; and a deed to land in Deerfield to Abigail Williams.
