Memos, reports, correspondence, contracts, and other administrative and financial records covering the period 1949-1983. The collection documents Brueckner's activities as an administrator and professor of physics at UC, San Diego, his consulting with government agencies and national industries, and his scholarly and editorial work in physics. Of particular interest are the course materials for classes taught by Brueckner and his manuscripts on laser driven fusion, a topic also the focus of materials pertaining to the Electrical Power Research Institute.
