ArchivalResource

The Janet S. Byrne bookbinding picture file, 1995.

The file comprises images and descriptions of bookbindings gleaned from auction and dealers' catalogs; however, source citations are lacking. The collection is particularly strong in the area of French bookbindings, reflecting the holdings of the Dept. of Drawings and Prints. Housing of the file in loose-leaf binders is designed to permit expansion of the collection with contributions from other donors.

23 v. (loose-leaf) : ill. (some col.) ; 30 cm.
