Mission minutes and reports, 1849-1977.

Records consist of original minutes and reports from the various Southern Baptist mission stations from across the world. The files usually include the minutes of the mission meetings, the executive committee minutes and annual reports. The minutes and reports from 79 countries (85 missions) provide detailed information on mission efforts in that area and reactions to local political and social problems and issues. The records span the years 1849 to 1977 but the majority of the records cover the period from 1950 to 1976.
