These fourteen account books, covering the period from 1765 to 1824, are the records of the business transactions of the pharmacies of Daniel Greenleaf and John Greenleaf. They include invoice books, cash ledgers, waste books, day books, and Daniel Greenleaf's "Accounts with Mrs. Priscilla Appleton and Mrs. D. Black," 1818-1824.
