Warrants for the removal of Hannah Watson, 1774.

Warrants for the removal of Hannah Watson and her children, James and Abigail, from Rochester, Mass., Mar. 3, 1774, to New London, via constables in each town, on most direct route, namely, Bristol, Dartmouth, Freetown, Dighton, Providence, Johnson, Scituate, Coventry, Voluntown, Plainfield, Canterbury, Norwich, arriving in New London, Apr. 4, 1774, delivered to William Hillhouse, selectman. Hannah Watson and family were removed for residing in the town of Rochester, with no right to do so and not having gained residency, and were chargeable to said town of Rochester.
