The Protos of Mt. Athos and the Holy Epistasia settle the dispute between Hilandar and Vatopedi monasteries over the possession of several pieces of land in the vicinity of Kōmētissa (Mt. Athos). With statement of month, indiction, year and the witnesses' signatures (without the Armenian signature found in Byz. Doc. No. 128 and with the signature of the probable scribe of the manuscript at the bottom). Indiction in the menologion does not correspond to the year stated. 25 lines (without signatures). A manuscript copy of unknown date which appears to be a forgery modelled on Byz. Doc. No. 9 from 1279-1294 which contends with the same type of dispute earlier. For different recension of the same document cf. Byz. Doc. No. 128.
