Byzantine Emperor Andronicus II Palaeologus, at the request of Stefan Uroš II Milutin, the King of Serbia, issues a chrysobullos logos wherein he confirms all donations made by his father Stefan Uroš I to the Chapel of the Ascension located at the tower which King Milutin built near Hilandar Monastery (Khrusijski pirg). With statement of month, indiction, year and the Emperor's signature. 65 lines (with signature).
