Ecclesiastical tribunal of Serrai (Ser, Greece) orders the monks of St. Basil's Tower (Pyrgos tou Basileiou) at Mt. Athos to resume service to Hilandar Monastery and to recognize as legitimate only those superiors appointed by Hilandar. With statement of month, indiction, year and the witnesses' signatures. The last two signatures are rendered practically illegible, the first due to moisture and the second because the paper is torn at that point. 113 lines.
