Psalter with liturgical supplement. Includes prayers before reading the psalter; psalms (incomplete); biblical canticles (without 1st canticle); communion prayers; service to the Theotokos, "with rules adhered to on Mount Athos" (including an Akathistos to the Theotokos on leaves 118a-128a); readings from the Apostolos; Paschal table. Leaves Ia-Ib contain Bobrovski's Latin description. Small ornamented headings with vegetable motif; cinnabar initials in the geometric-vegetable type; vjaz ornamentation in the headings.

The Scrinium of the Roman Church existed from the 4th century, functioning as both library and archives. In the 6th century it was under the Primicerius Notariorum (see ID VATV032-A). By the end of the 8th century it was headed by the Bibliothecarius, who also served as the chancellor. This library was lost in the 13th century.
