Includes Proprium de Tempore; psalter (151 psalms); biblical canticles; Holy Trinity verses (symbol of St. Athanasius); service for St. Ahacie (in another hand); hymns to the Holy Trinity (with St. Augustine's symbol of faith); Commune Sanctorum; Officium Defunctorum; Proprium Sanctorum, including service for SS. Cyril and Methodius, vespers and matins with nine readings (of which six are dedicated to the Slavic apostles); table for leap year; calendar table; table for "golden numbers", and below that a Glagolitic alphabet.

The Scrinium of the Roman Church existed from the 4th century, functioning as both library and archives. In the 6th century it was under the Primicerius Notariorum (see ID VATV032-A).
