Lacking ten or eleven signatures in the beginning. One leaf originally located between what are now marked leaves 72 and 73 was taken by Bishop Porfirii Uspenski in the 19th cent. It is now located in Leningrad in the State Public Library, and designated there as GPB Q n I 39. Scribal inscription on leaf 61b with the place of copying, Filotimanasou. Without ornamentation.
