Recording of the ceremonies at the presentation and unsealing of the Robert M. La Follette, Sr. Papers, June 26, 1954, at the State Historical Society of Wisconsin. The proceedings were introduced by Ralph O'Connor of radio station WISC; Society president David C. Everest introduced members of the La Follette family: Philip La Follette, Isabel La Follette, Mrs. Robert La Follette, Jr., and Fola La Follette, who presented and opened the papers and received an award, presented by Everest for the State Historical Society, recognizing her outstanding achievement in writing the La Follette biography. Included are chats, after the ceremonies, with James F. Murray, moderator of Town Meeting of the Air, Philip La Follette, Dr. Clifford Lord, Director of the State Historical Society, and Fola La Follette.
