The collection consists of three items: letter to My dear [J.L.] O'Heirne, 9 May 1865, a letter of introduction for his friend, De Carteret; letter to Mr. Matthison, 19 Nov. 1878, inviting him to lunch, with hope of discussing a play, A[nne] Boleyn; also engraved portrait of Taylor, undated, showing a bespectacled Taylor sitting in a chair with his legs crossed, engraved by D.J. Pound from a photograph by John & Charles Watkins.
