Lobgesang [collection] = Hymn of praise, op. 52 / von Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy. 1860-1894.

Arranged in three groups: I. Scores (1). II. Vocal scores (3). III. Orchestra parts (30). A collection of published material in English and German. The full score is an imprint of Henry Litolff (Braunschweig, 187- ) and part of their series of "Symphonies de Félix Mendelssohn-Bartholdy, partitions d'Orchestre revues par H. Böhme." Vocal scores include an English/German edition by Ditson (Boston, 187-?) and two editions by Novello (London): one in English (pl. no. 8069, 1894?) and one in English/German which is bound with Mendelssohn's "As the hart pants" (186-?). Orchestra parts were also published by Novello (n.d.). Both they and the Litolff score carry the stamps of Edward Uhlig and Silvers and Doré musical libraries.
