Translation from Greek of the integral version of "Syntagma" by Matthew Blastares. Additions following the text include: a list of archdioceses of the Byzantine Church, according to their rank, a glossary in Latin (leaf 270a), a 15th or 16th cent. inscription (leaf 270b) indicating the manuscript was at one time located in St. Paul's Monastery on Mt. Athos, an inscription dated 1778 about the selling of the manuscript to hieromonk Ayxentius. Almost illegible 18th cent. inscription detectable on the front cover. Without ornamentation.
