The collection contains a wide variety of material including post cards, photographs, newsclippings, personal diaries (1907-1918), published and unpublished manuscripts (1953,1964,n.d.) poetry (1905-1965), materials related to special projects such as African libraries and American Indian affairs (1950-1979), business correspondence (1932-1980), and personal correspondence (1933-1979). Much of the material relates to her concern for international peace, freedom from hunger, and economic education education and development.
