Correspondence : with Carl Zigrosser, 1925-1971.

Carl Zigrosser and Marya Mannes met through their work for progressive magazines in the 1920's. Included in the correspondence is the typescript for an article by Mannes on Paul Froelich. There is also an undated postcard from Mannes to Zigrosser thanking him for arranging to have Emil Ganso bake the cake for her wedding to Jo Mielziner. There is a postscript from Mielziner on the card. The Letter from Mannes dated 1971 refers to her exchanging books with with Carl Zigrosser.
