WorldCat record id: 702670236 Paul Dresser, a native of Terre Haute, Ind., was the older brother of novelist Theodore Dreiser. In 1873 he changed his surname. Dresser held a number of jobs, including working for minstrel shows, but found some success as a songwriter.
