Two copies of a printed libretto for a comic opera in 4 acts, composed by J. Offenbach. Hopp's German libretto is a translation of the original French libretto Barbe-bleue, by Meilhac and Halévy. The characters include König Bobeche, Königin Clementine, Prinzessin Hermia, Prinz Saphir, Graf Oscar, Alvarez, and Ritter Blaubart. The booklet was published in connection with performances at Concordia Operetten-Theater, Philadelphia. A cast list is included.

Henri Meilhac was a French dramatist, who often collaborated with Ludovic Halévy.
