Proceedings of the Convention of the Irish Race in America held in Philadelphia on February 23-24, 1919. It was called into session by the Friends of Irish Freedom and it considered the means whereby Ireland's sovereign status was to be recognized by the International Peace Conference in Paris.

The organization evolved from the Irish Race Convention held in New York City after the Easter Rebellion of 1916 in Ireland. The organization's objective was to secure the independence of Ireland from England through fund raising, dissemination of pro-Irish propaganda in the United States, and informing Congress on Irish affairs.
