Cebe-Habersky (Principal Secretary) with government officials, reports, working papers, plans, policies, and clippings concerning the British Administering Authority, economic and financial development, maintenance of law and order, including files on the Mogadiscio incident, education, establishment and development of organs of self-government, political parties, population, housing, town planning, human rights, public health, freedom of the press, and suppression of prostitution, 1950-1960, in Somaliland. Also included are a small amount of J.J. Cebe-Habersky's aides-memoire (notes on conversations and meetings); and reports and working papers on matters relating to the independence of Somaliland of the Officer-in-Charge, B. Syrovy, 1958-1960.
