Chiefly a hand-compiled atlas of printed, annotated maps produced by the Reno-Sparks Map Service, which was owned and operated by Hall and his wife, Rose Marie Sorrentino Hall. The atlas, which appears to have been his personal copy, contains maps of subdivisions in the city of Reno, Nev., and in areas of the Reno school district of Washoe County, Nev. Some of the maps bear hand-written annotations by Hall and possibly others. Accompanying the atlas are various loose maps and notes relating to the Reno-Sparks Map Service, and to the Pioneer Title Insurance Company of Nevada, and Title Insurance and Trust Company, both of which Hall served as officer.
