The Press Secretary oversees all public relations activities in which the governor participates. This series consists of newspaper clippings on events or issues that directly involve the governor or in which the chief executive would be interested. Subjects include: AIDS, abortion, agriculture, the Alabama Reunion, the budget, Confederate flags, civil rights, economic conditions, energy issues, conservation, gambling, highways, mental health, prisons, tort reform, traffic, colleges and universities, education, environmental issues, the legislature, the state plane, and state agencies. There is a large collection of editorials and editorial cartoons from various newspapers around the state including those by Bob Ingram. Hunt's reelection campaign is well-documented in these clippings
