The records consist of preconference briefing papers prepared for President Harry Truman, Truman's correspondence with other heads of state, special reports and memoranda submitted to Truman, and Truman's personal diary of the conference. The papers document the Allies' postwar policy for Germany and Europe, as well as Allied policy regarding the war in the Pacific.
