British military orders : containing extracts of such as are generally to be given to an army in foreign parts to prevent the irregularity of soldiers ... / by I --- L ---, lt. col. of the K --- R., who served as field officer or major of brigade during the course of the late war abroad, and at home during the rebellion in Scotland, 1743-1758.

Entry of April 15, 1758 is addressed to "Lieut. General Wolfe." In Jan., 1758 General James Wolfe accepted the command of a brigade in the force sent against Louisbourg.
