Abstract

Autograph copy of a commentary in Arabic on Ḥadāʼiq al-siḥr fī daqāʼiq al-shiʻr, a work on prosody in Persian by Muḥammad ibn Muḥammad, known as al-Rashīd al-Waṭwāṭ (d. 573/1177 or 8). The commentary is dedicated in the preamble to the Sulṭān Bāyazīd Khān ibn al-Sulṭān Muḥammad Khān [Bayezid II, d. 918/1512] (fol. 8a).
