Copies of memorandums to the President and to White House staff members, with attachments such as budget reports, press releases, press clippings, charts and tables, and drafts of statements and letters prepared for the President by BOB. In addition, there are copies of some incoming and outgoing letters to and from the White House, and copies of letters written by or to third parties.
