Interview conducted by Alan Cherry as part of the LDS Afro-American Oral History Project of the Charles Redd Center for Western Studies at Brigham Young University on 20 January 1986. Quick talks about her early family and school experiences in Charlotte, North Carolina and Washington D.C. She tells of her religious experiences, her conversion to the Mormon Church, and its influence on her present life.
