Letter, 1816 November 11.

Letter to Mr. Smith Thompson of Albany, N.Y. regarding the payment of his son's bill to the college. Backus states that the college will not grant the young man a diploma until his bill is paid in full. He goes on to further discuss an amount due to the school for dormitory damage in Thompson's son's room.
