Shop invoices (Form N-210), 1968-[ongoing].

This series consists of form N-210 which is prepared at each Corrections facility where auto/equipment repair and service work is completed. Information listed on the form includes garage or prison name, invoice number, vehicle tag number, date, who is charged for services, who approved work, individual assigned to job, labor record including date work was completed, mechanics hours, list of parts and supplies used, credit distribution, recapitulation of the charges, and total bill. Information from this report is used to create series S-14-16, Monthly Equipment and Repair Charges Reports.
