This collection, containing field notes, notebooks, and card files, concerns Algonquian languages and linguistics (including Delaware, Potawatomi, Fox, Menominee, and Shawnee) and Seneca, Ojibwa (Chippewa), Blackfoot (Siksika) languages. It also includes some correspondence and material concerning the Walam Olum and Shawnee law.
