Abstract

Certificate, 1791 Oct. 24, certifying that Livingston was wounded in action. It was signed by Will Polk, the former lt. colonel and commandant of the Third Infantry Regiment of the Ala. Militia. It was also noted that Livingston now lived in Greene Co., Ala.
