Records of the Stanford University Press include correspondence files, financial records, contracts, inventories, reports, and other general records; minutes of the editorial board, 1976-88, the Faculty Committee on University Publications, 1945-76, and the Press Special Committee, 1927-45; press catalogs and newsletters; some production materials (including photographs and illustrations) and correspondence pertaining to specific publications; and various test forms, answer sheets, etc., for the Strong vocational interest blank and the Stanford hypnotic susceptibility scale, both of which were published by the Stanford University Press.
