Gasoline invoices, ca. 1984-[ongoing].

The Dept. of Agriculture and Industries has approximately 155 vehicles. Whenever an employee charges gasoline or service on a state credit card, the oil companies send their bills directly to the Accounting Section. Accounting verifies the invoices, makes up vouchers for payment, and sends them to the Comptroller's office for payment.
