This collection consists of reunion materials for the class of 1922, ranging from 1927 to 1992 as well as a scrapbook documenting the years 1919 to 1922. The reunion materials include reunion announcements, photographs of the reunions, particularly the fifth and fifty-fifth class reunions, and requests for the Class of 1922 Memorial Scholarship Fund. The scrapbook consists of photographs documenting Penn State faculty, Penn State's campus, and Penn State student activities. Some of the photographs of faculty include 'Prexies' Sparks and Thomas, Arthur Holmes (Dean of Men), 'Doc' Lewis (director of gym and wrestling coach), 'Doc' Pond (head of the Natural Sciences), and football coach Hugo Bezdek. In addition to the faculty members, there are photographs of many Penn State and State College buildings, including Old Main, Armory, Stock Pavilion, McAllister Hall, Schwab Auditorium, Women's Cottage, Carnegie Library, and the new and old Engineering Buildings. There are also photographs documenting the burning of the Engineering Building in 1918. The scrapbook also contains photographs of student activities, such as parades (the Alumni Parade, Armistice Day Parade and Pajama Parade), class scraps (including the Push-ball, Cider, Tie-Up, Flag, and Tug-of-War scraps), the football team, the track team (including Olympian Harold Barron), Poverty Day, and 'Clean Up Day' of Old Beaver Field. There are also photographs of uniformed students marching and doing drills.
